February 1, 2000 YAROSLAVSKY REAPPOINTS ANN CUTROW TO COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH COMMISSION Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky has announced the reappointment of Beverly Hills resident Ann Cutrow to the Los Angeles County Mental Health Commission. "Ann is a valued member of our panel, and I'm very pleased that she has agreed to continue serving as one of my representatives," Yaroslavsky said. "Her experience as a former intake worker and member on several senior and health panels offers a distinctive and essential perspective on these issues." Cutrow, a retired intake and admissions worker at Gateways Mental Health Center, currently chairs the Advisory Board for the Freda Mohr Senior Center, and serves on the executive board for Jewish Family Service and on the Los Angeles County Anti-Discrimination Task Force, among other positions. Duties of the 16-member Commission include reviewing and analyzing the community's mental health needs, and providing recommendations and advice to the Board of Supervisors and the Mental Health Director.
